QUALITY ASSURANCE
Each lot of rolls produced have its own quality assurance plan in accordance with the customer’s requirements. 100% Q A Plan is followed by the production team and each and every roll has its own history sheet with a unique product code.
Each and every roll is inspected during processing as well as when the production is finished by using sophisticated equipment, for dimensions, surface texture and micro structures. The profile is precisely checked with a spring steel template (gauge) made on CNC wire cut machine.
RE-Profiling of rolls:-
Re-working stocked discarded or useless rolls pays back quickly by saving the costs for raw material and working processes such as TURNING and GRINDING.
70% of the total production costs for a new roll result from costs for raw material and hardening, 30% from design and shaping.
